I'm 31, 5'9", 169 lbs, 19% bf, and I have a belly I'm trying hard to get rid of. I've never been really ripped, and I want to be. I don't like looking at myself in the mirror. I have a desk job, so working out is important to me. I also enjoy musical theater, but P90X is taking up all my time right now. I'm on week 5, (not sure what day that is, I think day 29), and I'm enjoying the program, I'm 31, 5'9", 169 lbs, 19% bf, and I have a belly I'm trying hard to get rid of. I also enjoy musical theater, but P90X is taking up all my time right now. I'm on week 5, (not sure what day that is, I think day 29), and I'm enjoying the program, though I can't do everything yet... but I'm frustrated because I have seen minimal results on my belly and body fat percentage, though I have seen some increase in the size of some of my muscles.

I've been trying to stick to the portion plan, and have been doing pretty well, but I don't have a lot of time to cook things, so my diet doesn't change that much... just different ways of seasoning the same things. I'm doing this with my roommate, and he is hard to keep motivated. I'm trying hard, but some of the exercises I can barely do, but I can feel myself getting better. I've had more energy lately, but breakfast is a hard meal to get because I'm always in a hurry in the morning.
