teenagers! I ordered my first Beachbody product back in 2004 after watching
a SN6 commercial. Before that, I had never exercised. I always ate bad foods,
lots of fast food and LOTS of carbs! I don't have much of a "sweet tooth", my
weakness has always been carbs. Once I turned 25 years old, I was no longer
able to eat the stuff I was eating without paying the consequences. I've
gained about 30 pounds in the last 6 years. For the past 4 years, I've been
trying to find a routine that I can stick with. I know Beachbody products work.
SN6 helped me lose 12 lbs. in 5 weeks. Unfortunately, I gained it all back
plus almost 10 extra pounds!
I have recently started back up and am so glad, I feel that this time it will be
different. I am so excited to see how far I can go and maintain. And, hopefully
I will inspire those around me to find time for themselves and want to change
their lifestyles too.
