My name is Steve and I'm 35 years old. I'm married to my best friend and soul
mate. We have 2 great children Cooper-7 and Avery-2. I'm a
Materials Manager at a local manufacturing company. In my spare time I

Transformation story

Growing up I was always average size. In high school I played basketball and
was active. When I graduated is when the weight came on. I was no longer
active and started drinking too More ...
Growing up I was always average size. In high school I played basketball and
was active. When I graduated is when the weight came on. I was no longer
active and started drinking too much and eating fast food all the time. My
priorities were no longer my health and fitness. I wanted to know where the
next party was and where the next fast food joint was. A few years ago I had
gotten to my heaviest, 240 pounds. I realized I needed to lose weight and
fast. In 3 months, I lost over 60 pounds and was skinny, but not healthy. My
friends called me "medium boy" because I was so small and unhealthy
looking. After a few years the weight came back. I didn't go back to 240 but
I was around 200. I didn't feel comfortable with myself. I had love handles
that I could never get rid of. I continued to try to eat healthy and exercise,
but it seemed like there was no time. We ate out alot, watched t.v. and just
were not active.

In January of 2008, my wife and I decided it was time to cut out the junk
and focus on a healthier lifestyle. I saw P90X and decided I wanted to "Bring
It" I already did P90 a few years ago and enjoyed the work out and Tony. So
the next logical step was P90X. Don't get me wrong it was hard, very hard
but I wasn't giving up, it was only 90 days. What did I have to lose, weight?
love handles? After 90 days I saw the results and was amazed. I found
myself pushing harder every workout. Adding more push-ups, pull-ups and
weight to my list.

I decided to continue and my wife has joined me. We are working out
together and pushing each other further everyday. We made the choice to
"Decide, Commit and Succeed.
