In March of 2008 I my weight was 180 lbs. This is when I decided to do
something about it. I was watching TV and I saw Hip Hop Abs. I fell in love
with it and I told my husband I wanted to purchase it.
I have been working out with Hip Hop Abs for the past couple of months and
the results have shown. Of course my eating habits also changed. All of this
has really made a difference in my appearence and my life.
