All of my life I have always found something I don't like about my body. I was too fat, my muscles were too big, or I didn't reach my ideal weight fast enough. I have tried every diet and workout More ...
All of my life I have always found something I don't like about my body. I was too fat, my muscles were too big, or I didn't reach my ideal weight fast enough. I have tried every diet and workout known to mankind. There was even a point in my life where I just wanted to eat nothing but cottage cheese and then hit the gym for four hours everyday. All of these rediculous diet regimens and workouts just made me more frustrated and made me want to give up. I never saw the results I wanted and it became very hard to get up eat healthy and go workout. Finally I realized that I needed to understand that I needed to do what was best for my body. I started eating really healthy (but didn't consider it a diet, it is a lifestyle change) and I started doing Turbo Jam and Power 90 DVDs. I really started seeing fast results and the workouts were so much fun I didn't realize I was working out.

My new goals are to tone up, get ripped abs, and lose about 10-20 more lbs. I am planning on using P90X and INSANITY. I cannot wait to reach these goals!!!! So my transformation is still in progress. :)
