Well my story is the same as millions of other people out there. I was eating so much crap on a daily basis that I was starting to feel drained in everything I did and I looked in the mirror and didn't like what I saw. I went in fo my yearly physical and the doctor told me that I had had high cholesterol and I was on the overweight side for other people my age and height. That's when I decided to get fit and start exercising. I needed to change my life around. So I started eating healthy and I started to lose weight. That's when I gained alot of my energy and decided to start and workout program that I had seen on TV for years. P90X.
