Scranton, PA I am a 24-yo doctoral student in clinical psychology. While I don't have a lot of free time to spend toward fitness, I love to work out, and I get a huge rush after any kind of physical activity...I keep busy with snowboarding, tennis, volleyball, running, and lifting, and this program is an absolutely amazing way to keep myself in great physical condition. I'll admit, the most frustrating part of I am a 24-yo doctoral student in clinical psychology. While I don't have a lot of free time to spend toward fitness, I love to work out, and I get a huge rush after any kind of physical activity...I keep busy with snowboarding, tennis, volleyball, running, and lifting, and this program is an absolutely amazing way to keep myself in great physical condition. I'll admit, the most frustrating part of my physique is that while my fitness is excellent, my body does not show it, because my eating habits struggle tremendously. I am looking forward to seeing results that will motivate me to keep up with the healthy lifestyle, and that includes eating!

I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I never really knew that I had to work out and stay fit until I was overweight in middle school and endured teasing from peers. Since then, I've struggled to maintain a strong fitness regimen, with the major focus being exercise. I have yet to follow a nutritional plan that will work for my body, my needs, and my weaknesses. That's where I'm at now...
