I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I never really knew that I had to work out and stay fit until I was overweight in middle school and endured teasing from peers. Since then, I've struggled to maintain a strong fitness regimen, with the major focus being exercise. I have yet to follow a nutritional plan that will work for my body, my needs, and my weaknesses.
