More statistics| maggiesue I am sick of being on "yoyo" diets and diet pills. I want to learn to eat right and work out correctly and without giving up. I am 35 years old and have decided NOW or NEVER! I want to not do crash diets but learn about nutrition and taking care of my body. I want to lose between 30-25 pounds, but I want to do it over a six month period. One day at a time! I know there are other people out | ?
