Transformation story

Well, I'll just put it this way: I was 173 pounds when I was in high school, and
two years after I weighed 240 pounds. I was wearing size 42 pants and never
took pictures. I didn't More ...
Well, I'll just put it this way: I was 173 pounds when I was in high school, and
two years after I weighed 240 pounds. I was wearing size 42 pants and never
took pictures. I didn't consciously avoid the camera, but never really felt the
need to pick it up or take pictures. When I was 20, I was diagnosed with high
blood pressure.

A little family background history: diabetes and heart disease runs in my
family like Olympic runners doing a hundred-meter dash. Bottom line: I was
on the road to nowhere at an alarming rate. Thank god I was able to turn it
around before I was diagnosed with Diabetes or anything crazy like that...

So, I started working out and changing my eating habits. I changed my
friends, too. A few years later, with regular exercise and healthy eating I was
down to 36-inch pants and about 210-215 pounds. However, not matter
how much I tried I couldn't decrease my weight to below 200. I would get to
201 or 203 and then lose motivation and jump back up to 210. With P90X I
am confident that I can get where I want to be. I have never seen this type of
change in such a short period of time.

I'm at day 23 now and I can SEE the change. I can SEE the improvement in my
body's shape. I FEEL lighter. I FEEL healthier. I am sweating like a maniac
EVERY workout. In 90 days I'm going to break this 200-pound "curse" and
THEN SOME!
