When I started this in May, I was in the worst shape of my life. I've just gotten serious about getting in shape. I am starting my 2nd month of P90X. Although I don't see a huge difference when I look in the mirror, I am stronger and better about myself. I do the workouts even on the days I don't want to do them And always feel better for having done so. A big shout out to my buddies. They help keep me going. Just knowing I've committed to them keeps me from skipping.
