My fitness career actually started 24 years ago when I joined the military. When I first started, it was mandatory that I participate in a physical fitness regimen. As I matured in the military and in life, I realized the value of having a physical fitness regimen and I grew to love it. I was labeled as a workout fanatic. Additionally, I assumed the role of mentoring and working directly with others to establish and maintain a fitness regimen. After retiring from the military, I became a certified personal trainer and business owner.
I am a Christian, Wife, and Mother of 3 future college graduates. I spend my Grace-time, reading and researching new ideas and concepts. I enjoy watching basketball and judge shows. I am an active in the following associations/organizations: Toastmaster Member, Ladies Who Launch National Member, and Mocha Mom-Memphis Chapter.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life and the start of my transformation. Being adopted and not knowing my family medical history, I was to the extreme with my workout routines which I know More ...
Today is the first day of the rest of my life and the start of my transformation. Being adopted and not knowing my family medical history, I was to the extreme with my workout routines which I know now is not necessary and can be counterproductive. I was considered a workout fanatic which in hindsight was true. As I got older and smarter, I realized I had to adjust my game plan. Thanks to Beach body and my business and fitness coach, I am prepared to make changes that are productive and functional in my fitness life.
With P90X, I expect some awesome results. My first lesson, you do not have to spend hours in the gym or workking out to get healthy fitness results! I look forward to spending the extra time with my family and helping others to reach their fitness goals.
