I am a blessed mother of one, and blissfully happy wife. After I had my little girl,(mind you that was over 20 months ago) I just kept gaining weight. I had only gained 20 lbs my whole pregnancy and I don't know what happened to me, I guess I lost myself. I was just focusing souly on being a wife and mom, I lost me. I realize now by giving my body the time I need to excercise and eat right

I stopped making excuses. I bought ybb live and several other workout dvd's and just started. I work out about 1 hr 30 min to 2 hrs everyday. I realize the more energy I put into every workout the more energy I get back. I am wearing clothes I haven't worn for a really long time. I am so excited about this journey and I am inspiring my co-workers and friends! My motto is "cut the excuses, just do it already" we all just make too many excuses, it's the holiday's, it's girls night out, I work too much, I am in a difficult place in life. NO MORE EXCUSES FROM ME, I WANT TO BE FIT NOT FAT!
