More statistics| manny12602 East Meadow, NY Hello . My name is Manny, and i am a 41 year old man. Happily married for 17 years with my high school sweet heart, from East Meadow, New York. We have two beautiful children, a boy and a girl 10,13 respectively. I was in the Army for 10 years, and after an injury i was medically discharge. i went from a lean mean fihjting machine of 160 pounds to a big dude of 260lbs. I am at a 220 and want | My Blog 11/03/09 So i am still in pain from the marathon. I did it in good time. It was 4:48:07 not to bad i may say. Tomorrow i will come back to p90x 10/23/09 Well day for come and went. did bad on the diet and the execise. I staterd yoga x at 1130. By 1230 i was spent, and did not finished the entire DVD.
I will have to be better next More ... 10/21/09 Day 3 of the my P90X. Did arms and Shoulders, plus ABBriperx. I feel good after the exercises. I was very sore all dat from abbriperx last monday. I should be getting better More ... View Blog ?
