I am a 27 year old single mother. I have a beautiful 10 year old daughter that has made me realize that as a mother you posses psychic and lie detecting abilities:) It has been hard being a young mom, yet easier in some ways. I started obsessing about my body about three years ago. I pretty much starved myself to lose my extra weight. Of course, losing weight like I did made it hard to maintain.

I started obsessing about my body about three years ago. I pretty much starved myself to lose my extra weight. Of course, losing weight like I did made it hard to maintain. So here I am heavier than I have ever been. Trying to lose the weight again has been exhausting, because all I have ever known to work is starvation. Well, I just cant and wont do that to my body anymore. I am ready to put real effort into being healthy and fit. I want to be motivation for other girls like me that think they cant do it the right way.
