Sales Manager. Father of 4 and married to a fantastic beautiful lady. Work involves a lot of travel, so I make sure I pack my DVDs and resistance bands. Worked out 4-5 times a week mostly power walking and some weight training. Lost 19 pounds from July to October. Now in P90X Plus program contiunuing to improve my performance and my body.

When I looked at the developed pictures of a family outing I had back in June, I was not impressed with myself at all. Weighing in at almost 200 pounds and starting to wear size 36 pants was a new and unpleasant experience. I kept blaming my hectic travel schedule on my bad diet and lack of exercise. But that was just that....an excuse. I started doing some cardio workouts in July and lost 19 pounds from August to October. I was in good shape physically and was getting bored with my routine, so I was looking for something new. I then saw an infomercial for P90X and realized that this would work for me also while I travel. Most of the hotels I stay in have a treadmill only and not much else, so the DVD approach and the variety as well as the band option really got me going. I started P90X in mid November and LOVE every minute of it! I readjusted my internal clock to accommodate a workout at 5 AM every day. This way I usually have time to work out and then either run to the airport for my next flight or go to a meeting. This also helps in the weekends as I can then spend time with my family without sacrificing my workout regime.
First 2 week of P90X were brutal! I thought I was in good shape, but I was aching all over. (P90X recovery drink really helps, only it took me a couple of weeks to discover!)

I am loving every minute of this and can't wait for 5 AM to roll by and push play.
The changes in the first 30 days were unbelievable. My wall squat time had almost doubled to 2:50! I am feeling fitter than ever!
Phase 2 brought improvements in my push ups, pull up and flexibility.
Phase 3 is where I gave it all I got and crushed all my previous numbers. The muscle definition and abs visibility is a constant reminder to continue the program and push myself even more. I am in the best shape of my life! I found I have more energy and more patience with my family as well as more effectiveness at my job. The excercise did not only sharpen my body but also my mind!
I am already thinking about what to do next. Had purchased the hip-hop abs and can't wait for it to arrive. I love the fact that my 31 inch pants are sliding off me! I have never been in better shape or in better spirits! It has been now over a year that I have been mixing and matching P90X with some cardio work as well as Slim Series and Hip Hop Abs.
I have just started ther new P90X+ program and I can tell you that I am getting sore all over again! I thought I was in shape, but boy is this a workout! I would not have been able to stick with it for 5 minutes if I did not have the P90X background, which is a must to bring you up to the level of performance required for this program.
I would recommend P90X to anyone who is getting bored with their current routine, wants definition, energy and good spirits and improve their overall well being! After that go for the X Plus and keep pushing play!
