I'm 38 y.o., 5'3, 130lbs, mother of 4 (5, 7, 9 and 11). I'm very motivated to lose 10 lbs to get back to my pre-motherhood weight. I also want to get back in shape, tone up, develop a better cardio endurance and flexibility.

I'm now almost 41 with four kids growing way too fast! I have been a lot more than back to my pre-motherhood weight after SI6 and P90X. I've been maintaining my new "me"

Transformation story

I started with SI6 on July 9th 2007 and did the whole program with AMAZING results. I just love what it did to my body. I have a waist line again!

I started with SI6 on July 9th 2007 and did the whole program with AMAZING results. I just love what it did to my body. I have a waist line again!

Then, after being really committed to beachbody, I lost my motivation, working out 1,2 or 3x/week, doing other activities but not really being as proud as myself and feeling as good in shape as before. I stayed in forums and, finally met someone who said I inspired her on doing her SI6. She just got amazing results with it too. She was doing P90X at that moment. So SHE gave me back all my enthusiasm to start working out again. Thanks to Barbara and her wonderful humor!

I'm starting P90X today!

UPDATE (day 104): October 21 is a day for celebration... I have reached my goal!!! I thought it was utopic to be at that point without starving and feeling sick. I actually feel SO GOOD! I have a LOT of energy, I feel stronger, toner, more flexible... I have the same weight as I had at 14 yo and before my 4 kids!!!!!!! THANK YOU to MDB and to all my thread friends who have encouraged me during that journey. I will post my stats on day 30 of P90X and will definitely KKP!

Update (8 months later): I finished P90X at the end of december 2007. I felt very proud to have committed to the whole 90 days! I love the results too! I have a toned body! I feel in the best shape of my life! After my graduation (first round), I tried to start a second round but couldn't commit to a full 6 WO/week. I found the "Life after P90X" program in the P90X booklet. So, I'm on that program now and it works pretty well for me. I WO 4 days /week, do muscle WO (upper and lower body), yoga, cardio and I play outside a lot (skiing, snowshoeing). I've been on that program for 3 months now. I weighted myself this morning and measured too. I kept all my good results. I FEEL GREAT! I have a "normal" life now with a good balance between my work, my family time, my favorite sports activities and my WO at home. LIFE COULDN'T BE BETTER!
