I'm 46 years old and own and operate a mobile professional pet grooming
salon business as well as being a Team Beachbody Coach. I often work more than the normal 8 hour shift making going to a gym

Transformation story

I was working too much and using that as an excuse to not make time to
exercise... The sluggishness, flab, and depression set in... Well, like many

I was working too much and using that as an excuse to not make time to
exercise... The sluggishness, flab, and depression set in... Well, like many
other members here, I caught the
infomercial late
one night. I'd never purchased any exercise videos
before because I thought I should just be able to workout on my own... but
for some
reason, a 90 Day Bootcamp sounded more hardcore
(which I wanted) than
the other "quick fixes" other exercise programs advertise.
And I thought
hmmm, 90 days doesn't sound so bad.

So I completed Power 90, proudly marking X's on my calendar for each day
that I worked out with Tony Horton -I was committed to pushing play and eating
right. The discipline resulted in my
enjoyment of more energy, improved endurance, muscle toning, increased flexibility and
lost inches and fat percentage from those troublesome middle and rear sections, heehee.

I've made many new, extraordinarily kind friends on the message boards and was able to meet some of them one summer at a Santa Monica Fitness Camp
get together.

It feels wonderful to be in shape again just
like I used to be back in high school and college. And now that I'm feeling fit again,
I've been training to be a scratch golfer with the newfound strength and flexiblity. Last summer my handicap came down to a 5. Thank you
Tony Horton for making me giggle and stay motivated while exercising and many thanks to
the Team Beachbody company for helping another little soul like me achieve
her fitness goals.
You guys are a wonderful blessing!

I've continued to use P90X, 10-Minute Trainer, HipHop Abs and Tony Horton One on One ... all routines are a BLAST!
You can't go wrong with any or all of them to accomplish your fitness goals!
