My Goals: My one and ONLY goal for 2010 is to finish what ever I start.
So far, things that I have started are:

My Goals: My one and ONLY goal for 2010 is to finish what ever I start.
So far, things that I have started are:
1. Insanity program (end date is March 14, 2010)
2. Completely change my eating habits (there is no turning back with this one)
3. I became a Coach for the BeachBody Team (targeted to help at least 24 people by the end of 2010 beachbodycoach.com/mariewalkerva/)
4. Signed up two more month-to-month clients in my virtual assistant business (committed to delivering outstanding customer service www.ExclusiveVirtualAssistant.com/ )
My Program: The things that I am doing to meet my goals are:
1. Staying connected here is definitely one of the biggest motivators.
2. With my eating habits I am logging everything I eat and drink. I am not eating absolutely anything after 6pm except water. I am being VERY conscientious about what I eat.
3. First of all, in order for me to be able to inspire and be a confident coach, I need to be a product of myself. So I am making sure that I push myself as far as I can go. I am making sure that I tell people about this cool site. I am "Paying Forward" all the motivation that I am getting from here and from my own coach.
4. My two new clients in my VA business don't seem too high maintenance which makes it that much easier to provide great customer service. I love being at home... Yeay ME!!!
Personal Information: I was raised in San German, Puerto Rico.
At 18 I moved to Sierra Vista, Arizona.
In 2005 I joined the US Army and while in Basic Training, I got in the best shape I have EVER been in my life. I am talking about, it was amazing to see my muscles for the first time in my life.
Then I did not re-enlist and since 2008 I have gained 85 pounds... AAAaarrrhhh!!
Don't ask me how, but it happened.
So, I am on a mission to feel the same way I felt when I came out of Basic Training.
I know how far my body can REALLY go and I most definitely can tell a sore muscle from one in pain.
So 130 HERE I COME!
