I am a 57 year old retired US Army Veteran. After retiring from the Army I went home and just got fat. In 2001 I met an old friend whom I had not seen in a while. He was losing weight using nutrional supplements( from a different company) to curb his appetite at the same time eating healthy and exercising. I did the same,supplementing with the same products he was using and developed healthy

I am a 57 year old retired US Army Veteran. After retiring from the Army I went home and just got fat. In 2001 I met an old friend whom I had not seen in a while. He was losing weight using nutrional supplements( from a different company) to curb his appetite at the same time eating healthy and exercising. I did the same,supplementing with the same products he was using and developed healthy eating habits coupled with exercie I was able to lose 83 pounds. I have maintained that weight loss for over 8 years now and have today ordered the Insanity Work Out series by Shaun T. Can't wait for it to arrive. I have already enlisted a couple of work out partners to join me and I step up to the next level.
