I have always considered myself to be in pretty good shape. My wife and I
teach physical education together in a small midwestern town. We both like
to run and have a fairly strong aerobic base. I was watching the P90X
infomercial and decided to give it a test run. For the first couple of weeks I
felt like I was going through two a day football practices. (Stiff and Sore)
(Didn't know I had muscles in that part of my body!) You have to stick with
it...Keep pressing play and follow the program...My body adjusted and I was
able to increase the work load of the workouts. By the end of the program I
was doing 20 pull ups and had increased my weight load by 15-20 lbs. I
definately was more toned showing more muscle definition. The best part of
this program is doing it with my best friend, my wife. She is also showing
results that she never recieved in logging all those miles running. I am sure
its from the variety that the program has to offer. Thanks from both of us!
