Transformation story

1ST TRANSFORMATION: was as a 14 yr old..I was tall ( 5'11) still growing with broad shoulders, wide back n long arms n legs but really no strength or muscle to speak of! Yuck! Good old fashioned iron More ...
1ST TRANSFORMATION: was as a 14 yr old..I was tall ( 5'11) still growing with broad shoulders, wide back n long arms n legs but really no strength or muscle to speak of! Yuck! Good old fashioned iron pumping and playing sports did the trick and by 18 yrs old I was in pretty much elite shape and stayed close to that for most of the next 6-7 years before losing it!
2ND TRANSFORMATION:
It took me alot longer to do the 90 day challenge of P90x as I did have that wrist injury which hampered me.. a knee and ankle thing and I strained my left groin and lower abdomen pretty good...still exercised and ate sensibly (not great but good) lost another 3 lbs down to 276! thats 20 lbs since end of jan and 32.5 since early dec!!

That is getting results..more important really is that the renewed feeling I've got in myself...That euphoria you get from a great workout both mental and physical and hell, spiritual if that makes sense!! Back pain cut in Half and flexibility I haven't had since my mid 20's when I was doing martial arts. WOW!


TRANSFORMATION #3:

working on that now. I'm 276 need to shed about another 3 inches of fat and more muscle gains so new transformation will be GET BIGGER, LOSE FAT..IDEAL WEIGHT 260-265.
