New year's rez was to lose weight and get into shape. Started at 77.4 kg, probably heaviest or close too heaviest I've ever been. Was drinking nearly everyday. Eating delicious but fattening foods. Hey I live in France, it's hard to resist.

One round of P90X later, plus on and off Insanity rounds, I've currently lost about 7kgs. Body fat from 22% down to 17% according to my scales which lie. According to calipers more like 12% but no idea what I started at. And got my already thin and gorgeous GF interested in looking after herself as well.

My tips for diet: drink only on weekends and then not much. No bread. Porridge for breakfast, everyday. Dinner is classic anglo: meat and three veg. Eat as much veg and fruit as you like.
