I am a husband to my beautiful wife Diane...who is MY Coach and helping me to obtain a healthy lifestyle that it takes to run our ranch of 660 acres here in beautiful California. Though I don't need to lose weight...it is my desire to keep the weight on by building muscle and exercise daily.
