I have never had a gym membership or worked out regularly, except when I played Basketball in HS, but every year, usually around March the "I gotta fit into my Summer clothes" bug bit me and I would More ...
I have never had a gym membership or worked out regularly, except when I played Basketball in HS, but every year, usually around March the "I gotta fit into my Summer clothes" bug bit me and I would begin to work out. I usually, stopped eating fast food and started eating healthy. I would also begin MYYYY 3 day a week workout routine, which consisted of a mile and a half run/walk around the neighborhood, 90 sit-ups, 6 ladies push-ups, a weight routine for my arms and a few squats. This workout routine would last an entire week and then in week two and three, it would be scaled down to walking around the neighborhood, 60 sit-ups and a few push-up. Week 4 started off great, with one FULL day of my scaled down workout routine and then some how I would slipped back into NEVER working out. However, in March 2007, I bought what I thought was the answer to my problems... Beach Body's "Slim in 6." This DVD was going to kick start my workout and get my body SEXY for Summer, by the end of April. Unfortunately, the DVD only works when you open the package and put it in the player, my DVD did not make it to the player because shortly after it arrived at my home it was put on the shelf. It was in the wrapper until, July 2009 when I finally dusted it off and began to use it.
I am in week three and I can definitely see a difference... I am regaining my muscle definition, i have increased energy and I am even looking forward to the next workout. I am telling everyone that will listen about Beachbody and the great results that I achieved in three weeks and counting... stay tuned for the hot photo after I finished Slim in 6
