More statistics| mcann Upper Marlboro, MD I am a fitness competitor. My current weight is between 129 - 134. My competition weight is usually between 115 and 120. Although I am in the gym 3 days/wk weight training in the off season it is time to begin the dreaded journey of dieting down for competition. Generally 12 weeks out from the competition.
