I am in Waterford, Mi. Trying to get into good shape. I am 5' 8" and 190 lbs right now. Looking for some work out buddies. I was a diabetic until I started to use p90x. Now I am free and clear of that disease. I have lost a total of 50 lbs on p90x. I recommend this to everyone if they are serious about weight loss.
