I am in my late 30's and am finding it increasingly difficult to lose the weight I've been gaining over the last year. I am at my heaviest weight of my life. I have never had to worry about my size before and have always been slender. When I entered my 30's that all changed! I have also always been active. Working out is not my problem - it's my diet! I am an emotional eater and with a recent break-up and stress related to my job I've easily packed on pounds as I endulged my sweet tooth. I work in pharmaceutical sales and spend most of the day in and out of my car. I want a lifestyle change and not another fad diet. I've seen great results with P90X in many friends and aquaintances and am ready to lose weight and get healthy!
