Years ago I use to be very active with running and working out. After the last 10 years I have dedicated more of my energy toward work instead of keeping myself fit. And in that time I slowly put on approx 10 lbs a year. I carried it fairly well, but I could tell I was getting heavier and out of shape. I do have a competitive, and active job. I wanted to once again get out in front of others. I have ambitions to continue to climb the ladder at work. A year ago I was in Florida. After returning and see the photos, and remembering how I felt to be at the beach so out of shape I decided it is time I get on this. The holidays came and went, and April this year (2009) I engaged into the transformation. I purchased P90x a while ago and attempted it, but got side tracked and did not complete it. I did see results then but did not stick to it. In April I decided the first thing I needed to do is get my diet in order. Nightly I put aside 20 minutes to prepare my food for the next day. This has been paramount! I constructed a diet for myself utilizing the P90x diet plan and executing with help from my iPhone. Because even fat I was pretty active the weight rapidly fell off. I started out at 306 lbs, and a 46-47 inch waist. In July 2009 I had lost approx 40lbs at this point and thought I would try to take on Tony, and P90x. I committed to it, and stuck with my diet. I started to see huge results. I am now at 203 lbs, and a 32-33 waist. I am out in front of many other 38 and younger. I have gotten very competitive once again. I am in Management at a very large shipping company. Here all have noticed the results, and many have been extremely motivated, and interested in P90x. I am routinely referred to as the P90x guy. I recently returned from a retreat with 60 of my peers and I can not tell you the interest.
