After the birth of my fourth child, I was determined to get back into shape. I was completely out of shape and 50 lbs overwieght. I really did not feel like myself. I struggled with enjoying the new life that I had been blessed with because my own mental, emotional, and physical health was not where it needed to be. So I started setting small goals for myself and slowly changed my diet and slowly started to see results. There is no better feeling than when you start to see what you have been working so hard to achieve. Then I was introduced to turbojam and chalene extreme, and they totally changed how I looked at exercise. Cardio became more of a party. The treadmill and elliptical are work!Now I can't wait to get to my turbojam or chalene extreme. I am smaller than I have been since highschool. My body is much more toned, and for the first time, even after four children, I have definition in my abdominals. I feel like I am a much better wife and mother because mentally, emotionally, and physically I am in shape. I have recently become a group exercise instructor and am studying to get my personal trainer's certification. I love sharing my story with other's and helping them find their inner strength to become healthy and fit.
