It has been a battle to get where I am at this point and I know I'm not done. I was employed at a job that provided lunches at restauraunts that were not exactly diet friendly. In less that a year I had packed on an extra 30 lbs. I went from about 120ish to about 150. I'm 5'4" tall if that gives you an idea of what I looked like. I stopped exercising completely and was drinking waaaaay too much. I got laid off from my job and I took that as a wake up call to start a new healthier chapter of my life. I started exercising again, Tae Bo mostly and the weight started falling off. I changed my diet to Weight Watchers and that helped even more. Then I got certified in Spinning because I have a true passion for it. I teach Spinning 1-2x a week and I'm still in love with it. However, I've noticed not only has the weight loss slowed/stopped but I'm not getting the tone in my body that I really want and my energy level is really low. I know that it's time to try something else and I'm praying with the support of God, my husband and Beach Body that by the time I turn 30, March of 2008, I will be the healthiest and look the best I have ever looked in my life!
