I am a 31 year old petite female looking to get fit and lose the excess 30 pounds of fat I gained 5 years ago due to an unhealthy lifestyle. I used to be 95 - 105lbs in college and since then, my weight has even gone up to over 140lbs at my heaviest. I'm am definately looking to start a healthier and more active lifestyle. I bought Slim in 6 and Yoga Booty Ballet 5 years ago but only randomly
