More statistics| mechaney91 I'm 19 years old, and always struggled with self-esteem and confidence while I was in middle and high school. Now that I'm in college, I don't necessarily struggle as much, but now I just want to get in shape for myself. My family could also benefit from getting in shape, so I feel that if I can get healthier, I can give them a healthier life as well. | ?
