Do to my current medical condition, I am being forced to cut the caffeine and sugars from my diet. I have over the past week started a diet consisting of salads and fruit juices. I have had difficulty sleeping for the past several months averaging about 3-4 hours of interrupted sleep a night. I am a 41 year old director of an ambulance service. I have purchased the 10 minute trainer thinking that in my busy schedule, I have at least 10 minutes for fitness. Since the first of December, I have modified my workout to include P90X. I never thought that I had an hour to spare, but I am finding the time in my busy schedule. It is tough to workout while on duty, but I make the best of each day. I certainly do not care that the pounds aren't coming off,(I didn't have that many to lose.) but I am certainly toning up what I do have. I admit, I hate putting the disc in, but once I get started, I absolutely love it and feel much better at the end. Thank you beach body. I am on my way to the body I have always wanted.
