I'm a 30 year-old mommy of two beautiful young children and married to my best friend from grade school. Grew up being the "chubby girl" all my life. Found out I have tons of food allergies earlier this year. So now on a new adventure of eating healthy allergy free. Dedicated to being fit and healthy for life!

I started my journey in June 2008. I had reached my highest weight after giving birth to my second child. After having her, I only managed to take off the 20lbs that automatically come off after giving birth. I was stuck in a rut. I had no energy and I was humilated on the way I looked. So one night I decided that I had to do something. I had to make time for myself...just for 1 hour. I started working out right after the kids went to bed. And I kept telling myself that exercise is like medicine...you have to take it to get better everyday. So I took out my Turbo Jams and my other workout videos and never looked back. Now after losing 80lbs, I still want to acheive the impossible as many of my friends and family tell me. I want to lose the pregnancy pouch! As well as take my fitness regimen to the next level and gain more muscle definition. I also want to get to my ideal weight, which I have never been in my whole life. I was always the fat one in class. I want to be as fit as can be and the next chapter in my life starts right now!

Now it's almost 3 years later and stress has yet again taken a toll on me. I gained over 30+ lbs back since 2009 but have lost about 10 of this summer of 2011. And I am not committed to get back on track to get to my ultimate goals!!! I can do this...if I did once before...i can do it again!
