Stillwater, OK I am a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, dietetics graduate student, and now a Beachbody Coach! I teach Spinning, Strength Training, TurboKick (the in-studio version of TurboJam), cardio, core classes, kickboxing, yoga, aqua and more. I just finished two degrees at the University of Arizona, in Physiology and Dietetics, and I am currently at Oklahoma State University to become a I am a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, dietetics graduate student, and now a Beachbody Coach! I teach Spinning, Strength Training, TurboKick (the in-studio version of TurboJam), cardio, core classes, kickboxing, yoga, aqua and more. I just finished two degrees at the University of Arizona, in Physiology and Dietetics, and I am currently at Oklahoma State University to become a Registered Dietitian. My goal in life is to continue teaching classes around the world, and inspiring others to a life of physical activity. I have so much fun with group fitness, and all I want is for others to feel the same. Working out does not have to be torture! Just like anyone else, I still have goals that I strive for, and a body that is still in-progress. What I've learned lately is that once you can put your mind to it... it's possible! Nothing works for everyone, so it's all about finding what will work for you. Beachbody has made that easy for me, and they can find a way to make it easy for you!

Before I started TurboKick, I HATED kickboxing. I loved group fitness classes, but kickboxing simply made me feel... bored. When I took my first TurboKick class, I was addicted. Instead of counting down the minutes until class was over, I was counting down minutes until I could go to my next class! I eventually became a Turbokick instructor so that I could spread the joy and the fun to others! Of course, the eating side is still a struggle for many of us, but I'm getting a grasp of that too, and I'm loving the changes I'm going to see! I've recently added ChaLEAN Extreme to my program and we'll see what happens!
