About ten years ago I graduated high school weighing around 185. Steadly over the past ten years I have watched the weight come and go. I am to a point now that I am the heaviest I've ever been and am very embarassed by my stretch marks. I once tried to do a clinic study and was told that I was too overweight and that for my bone structure, my ideal weight was around 187. Currently I weigh

I have lost 9 lbs. in 36 days. It was the easiest way I've found to lose weight. I'm slowly working the "bad" foods out of my diet and excercising at least once a day. 2" is the most I've lost in inches with the least being 3/4". Power 90 is a great program. I have now set a goal to lose the 35 lbs. that are keeping me above 200 by the middle of April. I'm looking forward to achieving this goal. I now have gotten my mom interested in Million Dollar Body. She is really proud and excited about the progress I have made. My coach is the best. It probably doesn't hurt that she is my aunt. We speak sometimes daily about different ways to modify the moves that sometimes gets us in a bind and trying different programs. Here goes everything!
