Hi! I'm Meghan Henderson and I am the new Mom of a precious little boy! He is the the most important person in my life besides my husband; we are so blessed.

I was recently introduced to Team Beachbody and was so thrilled with the products that I decided to become a coach!

Fitness has always been a part of my life and now staying healthy and fit takes on a whole new meaning! I want to take great care of myself so that I can watch my child grow and see him have kids and grandkids. I have an extensive family history of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, cancer and more. It is my mission to do whatever it takes not to fall victim to these diseases. It is a commitment to myself, my family and to God that I take very seriously.

I focus my zeal for health in the Group Fitness room as a Group Fitness and dance instructor. I love sharing this passion for fitness with others and am always happy to discuss the topic at length! However, when I had my little one, it became much harder to find the time to get to the gym. My life is centered around the needs of my child. From feedings, to naps, to playtime, he is the boss! I needed to find something that I could do at home while he napped. That's when I found Turbo Jam. It's all the best of kickboxing and toning. Doing these videos has helped me lose over 25 pounds and puts me in a fab mood. I still have some more weight to lose, but with Beachbody, I know I can make it happen.

I started at 160 pounds the day I went in to deliver my sweet little boy. I'm at 135 right now and have 10 more pounds to go. I will coach you through your journey as I set out on my own.
