I know how to workout for maximum results, I have paid the gym memberships and then never gone back. I have had the personal trainers and saw results for as long as I could afford to pay them. I know how to eat healthy, to eat 5 small healthy meals during the day, cut out refined and process foods, minimize sugar, and alcohol, never deprive yourself, drink your water and stop eating 3 hours before

I joined Team Beach Body on June 15th 2009, there is something magic about committing to a new project, you start to see movement, opportunities, and even results immediately, even though you have only just committed. I started running/walking and doing pilotes right away, and remembered how good it felt to work out. My results are minimal at this point but the energy and excitement that I have for the future is so thick you could cut it with a knife!!!
