About 5 years ago I lost 20 pounds and about 2 years ago I lost another 25 pounds but I have gained 20 pounds back. The only diet I have been successful with is Low Carb. I don't exercise though and More ...
About 5 years ago I lost 20 pounds and about 2 years ago I lost another 25 pounds but I have gained 20 pounds back. The only diet I have been successful with is Low Carb. I don't exercise though and I'm struggling to find something that is fun and easy to stick with. I plan to walk with my family every day and do some actual cardio work on my own.
