I signed up with MDB about six months ago, and have been trying out all the different workouts and suggested meal plans. I have loved some, liked some, and hated some. You have to find what works for you. I have not committed to any one program yet, but i have been doing very well with both exercise and eating.
i really made working out my priority this summer. I love being outside and i think this summer was a good one for me.
