My name is Melissa V and I am 38 yrs old. I am married to my husband David and we have 2 children ages 13 & 3... After having my second child... I found that my body didn't bounce back the same way it did years ago... I needed something that was fun and not to boring... So about 2 yrs ago, I purchased Hip Hop Abs and started to gain total control of my body again...Recently I felt like I needed a change so last week I started a new program (Char LEAN) to really start to sculpt and shape my self even more... what is really cool about this new chapter of my fitness book. I had asked my husband if he wanted to do it with me and now not only do i have my beach body buddies by he join's me EVERY MORNING!

We have completed all 3 phases over 2 months ago, and we both feel amazing. When we came to the end of our work our with Char leen my husband asked me if i would like to try P90X.

At first i was nervous because i thought it was really for men and that i wouldn't be able to do it.
but we are now in to the second phase and i am still here.

What I really love about P90X is the variety of work outs.

We are now into our 3rd week of Insanity and it is a Kick bottom work out... talk about kickin things up a notch!

looking forward to see what our bodies can produce with our new work out plan!
