My name is Melissa. I am 35 and the proud stay-at-home mother of 3 beautiful girls...4,2 & 6 months. I want to lose 20-25 pounds and tone up. Each pregnacy has left my body a little worse off. My life is quite busy right now & my food choices have declined. I no longer can just do 20-30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and shed pounds. I am tired of "hating" my body and want to feel confident

I am 8 weeks into my tranformation. I did slim in 6 and lost 7 lbs the first week. After 8 weeks, I lost a total of 15 pounds 6 inches off my waist (I actually have one again) and 5 inches of my hips. More ...
I am 8 weeks into my tranformation. I did slim in 6 and lost 7 lbs the first week. After 8 weeks, I lost a total of 15 pounds 6 inches off my waist (I actually have one again) and 5 inches of my hips. I also lost 2 inches off each leg. WOW. Although I did not achieve the advertised 10 pounds in a week, my results are still pretty remarkable for a short period of time. I am happy with my progress and hungry for more.

I have 10 - 12 pounds I would still like to lose & of course, more toning to do. I have hit a plateau. I have lost nothing in 2-3 weeks & I am a little frustrated, but still motivated. I just switched to the P90X program to get that last stubborn weight off. I have turned into an exercise freak - adding extra cardio to the existing programs.

Beach Body Programs are great if you are consistent. I plan to try Turbo Jam & Hip Hop Abs after P90X. I have done it for 2 days so far & it lives up to its reputation - it kicks your butt...so I am really excited to see the results I get from this program & am also VERY GLAD I started with Slim in 6 before attemtping P90X. I am ready to "Bring It!"
