The Power 90 program came in the mail and today was my first day - Sweat 1-2 about killed me! Lost about ten pounds in the last week biking, working out, and doing the fast!

I ordered the power 90 program on 01-01-2009 and it should be shipped soon. While waiting for the program I have been working out on my own trying to get ready for the program. I am doing 30 minutes of cardio (bike riding) every day and 3 sets of sit-ups, push-up, and squats...every other day.

Just to give you a short background on my lifestyle history, I was a heavy smoker and drinker for 20 years and have never had a good nutrition or fitness program. I am literally starting from scratch at 42 years old, If I can do it anyone can...and I know I will do it!

I'm looking to make friends and work with like minded individuals that have not always made the healthiest decisions in life that are willing to make a commitment to turning their life around. Lets do this together!
