I have fallen off the workout train. Going to start with P90 then go back to P90X. Lack of motivation lately. Lots going on. Tired of excuses. I will start tomorrow (Sunday). It is 2:48am need to go to bed. LOL.

I fell off the workout wagon. I'm back. I hope!! ;) My goal is to tone up. I want to become as fit as I can possibly be. I'm going to start with P90 then P90X. THEN... Maybe Insanity. I've done P90X before but always missed a day here and there. My goal is to complete each program without missing a day. I hope this is possible. Wish me luck!!!
