I'm a student in college and i'm trying to graduate to go law school but when I attended college I was 134lbs and now i'm 1681bs. this why i started hip hop abs to see what would happen if i worked out with this program.

so far i feel a lot more relax when i workout do my work outs.
I have been going to the gym by myself as of right now until i get the new P90x dvd to workout. MY starting weight was 187lbs but now its 181.6 since i have been going for about two week straight I have felt great.
