Well ... I was a cheerleader/dancer for most of my youth and 20's ... hit 30 ... changed jobs and have been sitting in front of a computer for like 20 hours a day for about 2 1/2 years ... Need something to get me off my butt for a while.

Got down to my goal weight in under 60 days with p90x ... now to put some mass on ... Mainly going to focus on upper body.  Photos in a few.

60 Minutes Ellipitical = 664 calories, 5.7 Miles, 162 Average HR p90x = Chest, Back, + Triceps Gonna hurt so good tomorrow!

Today is kicking my butt ... but tomorrow is a rest day.  Feel a little bloated and fat today ... wonder what that's all about?   hmm ... not much diet coke this week ... maybe 2? Maybe More ...
