I'm 10 years past the point when I was living in Hawaii, mountain biking, surfing, running triathlons.
Living in the northern Virginia 'burbs, working in a cubicle in DC, running the 3 kids to their sports practice, and being 36 instead of 26 has taken it's toll on me.
