I going to be 43 in April 2010 and I have lost a about 10 pound this year by not eat heavy late, or after 8pm. But, I work night and week-end go to school in the day. I just have a hard time trying to make time to work out. I have gained alot of weight ever since I broke my knee in 91. I just make excusses for my weight and mostly alway use my knee as the reason I am heavy. I just started p90x and
