As of October 2010, I only have 10lbs left to lose to reach my goal! I've lost 25lbs so far and am feeling better than ever! Shakeology has been a life saver for me! My cholesterol is normal for the first time since I turned 23 and I've been able to continually lose weight despite my erratic work schedule. I'm now working as a Team Beachbody Coach full-time and am getting ready to get my Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle certifications! I'm so thankful for my health and all of the amazing people Beachbody has brought into my life. Coaching has been one of the greatest adventures I've ever embarked upon!
