I am 29 years old and have two children, both girls. They are four years old and 11 months old. I am a stay at home mother. really don't have alot of time to myself to do much by myself. When I get time to workout it is at 5:30 in the morning when everybody is asleep. My husband is a coal miner and he is usally working. He work about 6 days a week. I enjoy being home with my kids.

My transformation story is this. I has a baby and wasn't losing the wieght just by diet. So I startrd doing my workout 3 days a week and watching what I ate. But it wasn't coming off that fast then I read this news article. It said that women need to work out at least 5 days a week just to maintain the wieght they have. That is when I started working out a least 5 to 6 days a week. Now I went from a size 12 in jeans to a sz 8 I am loving my new body and so is my husband. I hope I can keep it of if we have more kids.
